I did not receive my order, what do I do now?
If you haven’t received your order, please follow these steps to ensure a successful delivery:
- Make sure your Instagram account is set to public.
- Verify that you’ve entered the correct Instagram username.
- Ensure you haven’t changed your username before the order was completed.
- Confirm that your account or post is still active and hasn’t been deleted.
- Check that the video complies with Instagram’s guidelines and hasn’t been restricted or removed.
- Allow up to 24 hours for the order to be completed.

Why are my followers dropping?
Your follower count may drop due to Instagram occasionally removing accounts flagged as spam. This can affect users across the platform, including our customers.
If you experience a drop within the first 30 days of your purchase, we’ll gladly refill your followers as per our free refill policy.
I no longer want the followers I purchased, can they be removed?
Since all followers delivered are real and come from genuine Instagram accounts, we are unable to transfer or remove them once they have been added.
However, if you no longer want certain followers, you can manually remove them by blocking each individual user from your follower list.
How do I stop follower replenishment?

You can purchase Instagram followers as many times as needed, provided your total orders do not exceed 100,000 followers within a 30-day period

You can purchase Instagram likes as many times as needed, as long as your total orders do not exceed 100,000 likes within a 30-day period.
What is your refund policy?
If you experience any issues with the delivery or quality of our Instagram likes, followers, views, or comments, please contact our customer support within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our Terms of Service. If a refund is approved, it typically takes 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank’s processing times.
What are acceptable methods of payment?
If you don’t have a credit card, you can use a prepaid credit card by loading funds onto it and using it to complete your Buzzoid order.
